Simply search for our bot username (@WaseetakBot) on Telegram and click "Start". You will be asked to share your contact number to register your account. Once registered, you can start creating or accepting trades immediately.

Open the Mini App, go to the "Auctions" tab, and tap "Create". Add photos, set a starting price and duration (up to 30 days), and publish it to the marketplace.

Once the seller selects your winning bid, the auction automatically converts into a secure trade. You can then proceed with the payment safely through the bot.

Click "New Trade" from the main menu or use the /newdeal command. You will be asked to select your role (Buyer or Seller), enter the counterparty's username or phone number, the trade amount, and the details of the deal.

The trade is sent to the other party for approval. Once they approve, the trade becomes active, and the buyer can proceed with the payment.

Yes, you can cancel a trade before it is approved by the counterparty. If the trade is already in progress, you may need to contact support or use the dispute resolution process if there is an issue.

After the trade is approved, the buyer will see a "Choose Payment Method" button. Select your preferred method from the available options, follow the instructions to transfer the funds, and then upload the proof of payment.

We support various payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. The available methods will be listed when you reach the payment step.

Our admins will verify the payment proof. Once confirmed, the status of the trade changes to "Paid", and the seller is notified to release the product or service.

Escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party (WassetBot) holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction. It helps make transactions more secure by keeping the payment in a secure escrow account which is only released when all of the terms of an agreement are met as overseen by the escrow company.

If you have paid and the seller does not deliver, you can raise a dispute. Our support team will investigate the chat verify the details, and if the seller is found to be at fault, we will refund your payment.

We recommend documenting the delivery process (e.g., screenshots, screen recording). If a dispute arises, you can provide this evidence to our support team for review.
